There's something irresistible
about a predator's gaze,
perhaps it's out of fear, or
maybe just respect. Animals are
inherently more vulnerable when
they stoop to drink, and there's
something about this moment,
an uneasy truce around the
mutual need for water. The
leopard, full of beauty and
lethal power, caught in a
moment of vulnerability with
one ear focused on checking her
surroundings.
